钢化玻璃开孔的规定

1.  Minimum width of glass containing holes that can be satisfactorily tempered is eight times the thickness of the glass.  （只有宽度大于8倍厚度的钢化玻璃才能钻孔。）

2.  The distance from any edge of glass to nearest point on rim of hole must be at least 1.5 times the thickness of  the glass on glass that is 12mm or less in thickness and at least 2 times the thickness of the glass that is over 12mm in thickness.  （厚度不超过12mm的钢化玻璃，孔边到玻璃边缘的距离应不小于玻璃厚度的1.5倍；厚度超过12mm的钢化玻璃，孔边到玻璃边缘的距离应不小于玻璃厚度的2倍；）

3.  Circular holes must have a diameter at least 1.6mm greater than the thickness of the glass .the maximum size of hole must not be more than one-third the narrow dimensions of the plate. In other circular holes ,any corners must have fillets ,the radius of which must be equal to the thickness of the glass.       （钢化玻璃上的圆孔直径应比玻璃的厚度至少大1.6mm;圆孔的直径应小于最小宽度的1/3；在玻璃板上的异形孔，其转角位的倒圆半径应大于玻璃的厚度。）

4.   Holes near corners must be located so that the nearest edge of hole is at least 6.5 times the thickness of the glass from the tip of the corner when the corner is 90^o or more.   （在不小于90^o的角位开孔时，孔边到角尖的距离应大于玻璃厚度的6.5倍。）

5.  Notches and cutouts must have fillets, the radius of which must be equal to，or greater than，the thickness of the glass. （内凹部位应采用不小于玻璃厚度的圆角半径。）
